Kerryn studied for her undergraduate degree at Flinders University graduating with a BSc in Marine Biology and Environmental Biology in 1997.
Kerryn studied for her Masters of Science at the University of Technology, Sydney completing her thesis is 2004 titled "Age, growth and population ecology of three species of pipefish (family: syngnathidae) from seagrass habitat in Botany Bay, New South Wales"
Kerryn currently works as a research assistant in the Fish Ecology Lab, School of the Environment, UTS.
